The Account Manager requires the ability to develop & present a value proposition, drive high customer satisfaction and exceed business projections for the Intelligrated line of business . It requires the ability to analyze a client’s business needs to identify process improvement methodologies and approaches. The candidate will need to translate complex concepts and/or technical information into layman’s terms to foster the highest regard and respect at all client organizational levels. In addition, he or she must anticipate the client’s needs and proactively address problems, adapting to different client environments and customizing solutions to meet customer’s business objectives and exceed expectations.

This is a remote position that will cover part of the Northeastern United States territory.
Travel is required up to 40%.
Develop and maintain an annual sales plan
Present the sales plan to the leadership team and manage daily efforts toward that plan
Develop and maintain a networking and cold/warm calling plan to identify and contact new prospects and find/create new opportunities
Document business development activities through the company supplied CRM
Develop and maintain an accurate business forecast, updated and reported on a weekly basis
Become a resource for existing or potential customers, ensuring that needs are identified early on in the decision-making process
Inform customers of technology trends and assist in identifying solutions that solve their business problems
Exceed annual bookings target and margin goals
Create repeat customers and provide the highest levels of customer service and support
YOU MUST HAVE
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years of sales experience
Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred
Significant experience in a Sales/Account Management related field
Excellent communication skills
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
Excellent professional solution selling, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Technical and financial mindset
Material handling systems experience and/or distribution operations experience
