As a member of the Advanced Materials Customer Marketing team reporting to the Director, you will create customer marketing programs, primarily B2B-focused, that establish platforms for lead generation; use data to drive decisions regarding investment of customer marketing budget; and leverage internal corporate teams to curate digital marketing programs that include creative sales support materials, promote the organization and its products, and leverage Honeywell's web presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop customer marketing plans based on established business objectives

  • Collaborate with Offering Managers, Commercial Excellence, Channel Marketing, and External Communications, to

  • create seamless experiences for customers

  • Establish and regularly report on business outcomes and KPIs (leads, ROMI, etc.)

  • Research and develop content for external publication

  • Act as a strong steward of the Honeywell brand


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other field of specialty

  • At least 6 years in a corporate marketing or communications role

  • Proven experience in leveraging marketing tactics to drive business results

  • Experience managing complex, multifaceted, and multilayered projects

  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships in a complex, matrixed, geographically-dispersed business organization.

  • Ability to effectively partner with and manage support staff and outside agency resources

  • Proven ability to appropriately advise and interact with senior-level corporate executives


  • Advanced degree

  • Superb communications skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong ability to grasp complex business situations

  • Strong analytical skills
