As a member of the Advanced Materials Customer Marketing team reporting to the Director, you will create customer marketing programs, primarily B2B-focused, that establish platforms for lead generation; use data to drive decisions regarding investment of customer marketing budget; and leverage internal corporate teams to curate digital marketing programs that include creative sales support materials, promote the organization and its products, and leverage Honeywell's web presence.
Develop customer marketing plans based on established business objectives
Collaborate with Offering Managers, Commercial Excellence, Channel Marketing, and External Communications, to
create seamless experiences for customers
Establish and regularly report on business outcomes and KPIs (leads, ROMI, etc.)
Research and develop content for external publication
Act as a strong steward of the Honeywell brand
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other field of specialty
At least 6 years in a corporate marketing or communications role
Proven experience in leveraging marketing tactics to drive business results
Experience managing complex, multifaceted, and multilayered projects
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships in a complex, matrixed, geographically-dispersed business organization.
Ability to effectively partner with and manage support staff and outside agency resources
Proven ability to appropriately advise and interact with senior-level corporate executives
Superb communications skills, both verbal and written
Results-orientation, accountability mindset
Self-starter, hands-on leader
Strong ability to grasp complex business situations
Strong analytical skills
