Honeywell Building Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager

with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) background. The Digital Marketing Manager’s primary role is to work with our internal Marketing stakeholders to manage website design projects. Specifically, to help focus business objectives, develop, and interpret project goals, and translate them into executable plans for our global digital experience. This requires a broad understanding of business strategy, UX, software/website development, technology, how it can be used to accomplish objectives, and how that technology will intersect with individuals inside and outside of an organization. The Digital Marketing Manager is one of the primary intersections with our internal stakeholders – you are a face of our projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Guide the lifecycle of multiple web experience projects and workstreams, from inception to launch and beyond. Define a vision in sustaining, extending, and evolving our web platforms.

  • Guide and shape project execution. Identify, document, and translate requirements into executable plans that adhere to both timeline and budget.

  • Steer stakeholders through the project lifecycle and set expectations.

  • Develop digital experiences that deliver a high UX.

  • Triage lower level digital project requests and project manage their execution.

  • Performance monitoring and analysis of website data to make relevant measurable improvements to UX, campaign execution and conversion rates from multiple digital channels.

  • Develop, report on and evolve web KPIs.

  • Management of website content updates.

  • Manage the development of SEO as well as on-page campaign optimization.

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of Website Governance

  • Manage, brief, guide and consult with digital marketing agency in line with digital strategy


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 4+ years of experience designing websites including user experience (UX)

  • 4+ years of experience web design project management and strategy


  • Experience influencing projects within a global matrixed organization

  • Knowledge of Agile and the Product Owner role

  • AEM Authoring experience

  • Google Analytics expertise

  • Experience with Adobe WorkFront, JIRA or similar

  • Demonstrated ability to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables in order to meet tight deadlines.

  • Proven project management skills – ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate, and communicate

  • Critical Thinking and Analysis – interpreting verbal and numerical data to arrive at useful insights

  • Demonstrated self-starter and team player

  • Proven ability to work with a wide range of colleagues and subject matter experts, including company executives across several business units

  • Constantly learning about the ever-changing digital ecosystem - with a desire to test new tools and technologies

  • Passionate about results, achieving goals and communicating successes

  • German language fluency or bilingual
