Honeywell Marketing Manager - US Automotive Aftermarket in Morris Plains, New Jersey

The Senior Offering Management Lead/ Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and optimizing the US Automotive Aftermarket portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive and market intelligence, and executing that strategy to optimize the offerings, market position, organic growth, and financial return. This role reports to the VPGM, Automotive and is based in Morris Plains, NJ.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of accomplishments and demonstrated advanced skill levels across the following competencies:

• 7+ years commercial experience in Product Management, Marketing, R&D/Engineering

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket

• Bachelor’s degree



• Industry experience, highly desired

• Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills, at all levels of the organization

• Track record of developing, executing, and achieving tactical and strategic initiatives through active leadership that positively impact global business plans, operating profits, practices, policies, and procedures.

• Working in highly matrix organization
