Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is a $2.5B strategic business unit inside of Honeywell’s Global Building Technologies Business. HBS installs and maintains the systems to help keep buildings and facilities connected, safe, secure, comfortable and cost-efficient and is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions worldwide.
The Sales Operations Analyst will analyze market and customer data to provide valuable business insights.
This role compiles data, analyzes results, prepares and maintains documentation, and proposes and implements recommendations that may relate to:
Sales success rates and our competition
Demand Planning Analysis
SIOP (Parts Forecasting)
Reporting and Analyzing
Cross functional teamwork
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years of experience in business analysis, sales analysis, sales operations or process modeling / improvements.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written)
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with SAP, Power BI, BEx
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Convey information with ease, engage audiences
Relevant business analysis experience across multiple functional disciplines
Ability to learn quickly and Identify patterns in problems
Deliver on complex problems without guidance
Make timely decisions in face of complexity
Balance theoretical thought with practical
