Our Honeywell Building Technologies business unit, based at our Atlanta, GA, are currently seeking a Customer Experience Program Management Professional to join their team. In this role you will collate Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback and metrics, across the United States and Canada to review business performance and drive improvement initiatives as necessary.

Reporting directly to the Senior Customer Experience Management Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

· Directly contacting customers to understand issues and provide support.

· Consolidating VoC data and working with business leader across North America to improve customer satisfaction.

· Participating in process design and improvement initiatives, ensuring customer experience is central to the design process.

· Supporting the implementation of the customer experience Management Operating System and ensuring compliance across North America.

· Acting as the main contact point across North America for VoC training and support.

· Managing or supporting global initiatives within the customer experience space.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

· Proven experience managing improvement programs with internal stakeholders.

· Well-versed in interacting with all managers at all levels of an organization.

· While not essential, previous exposure to customer experience will be highly regarded.


  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service background role that is results driven

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer direct interaction and

  • 1+ Program management experience
