Honeywell Channel Sales Manager in Motherwell, United Kingdom

We have a great opportunity for a channel sales manager to join Honeywell Building Technologies at our renowned site in Motherwell. You’ll be assuming responsibility for Scotland, and Northern and Southern Ireland, during an exciting time of expansion for our business. As a key member of the sales team within our building and security division, you will use your sales experience and technical knowledge to provide customers with market leading security/fire detection solutions. We are seeking an ambitious Sales Consultant/Sales Account Manager looking to forge a career within an innovative global business. The Role

  • Own and grow key/ strategic channel accounts in Scotland, Northern and Southern Ireland by mapping out territory, building pipelines to achieve agreed revenue targets.

  • You will lead the sales process through distribution channels or direct relationships.

  • You'll be the expert sales advocate on selling Honeywell’s products/ solutions.

  • The role will involve travel occasional evening away from home

  • Monthly and quarterly sales objectives to be met which is recorded on our CRM.

  • Understand the client’s requirements and objectives and regularly meet these needs which will result in further sales.

  • Identify problems and have solutions to fix to maintain a trusting relationship with customers

  • Participate in conferences, fairs, customer meetings, team meetings.

We’re looking for

  • You will be an expert sales manager/ account manager with a strong proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • You will have experienced in selling, preferably in the security or fire sectors (CCTV, Access Control, intruder detection and fire systems)

  • You'll have strong emotional intelligence, building trusting relationships with customers for returning sales.

  • Intelligent and articulate with excellent presentation.

  • A confident communicator able to build mutually beneficial customer relationships

  • Sales hunter, Key Performance Indicator driven.

  • Experience of using modern sales CRM systems
