We have an immediate opening for a Scientist in the Research Chemicals business. This position plays a key role in supporting Production, Sales, Marketing, New Product Introduction, and R&D. The primary focus for this position is to support analytical chemistry efforts for Research Chemicals. Job scope for this position includes Analytical Laboratory method development, equipment maintenance, calibration, and training. This position has regular interaction with external customers, site personnel, Sales, R&D and Technical Services.
Help develop products and analytical methods for high purity solvents used by the Chemical Industry.

Resolve manufacturing issues with Industrial forensics.
30 Lab Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
30 Develop and validate Analytical test methodologies
20 Analytical Training and Support
20 Method Documentation and Revisions
* YOU MUST HAVE *
•Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Physical Science
• 3 -5 years’ experience with HPLC, GC, and Wet Chemistry method development and equipment maintenance.
* WE VALUE *
•Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• ACS Chemistry degree.
• Proficiency in WORD, ACCESS & EXCEL.
• Experience with Data Acquisition Systems and LIMS.
• Strong trouble shooting skills.
• Experience with GC-MS, LC-MS, and ICP-MS method development and equipment maintenance.
• Some experience working in a cGMP environment.
• Some experience working with USP or EP.
