Lead Industrial Controls Specilaist - HRD232482

As a Lead Industrial Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the field of industrial controls. You will use your maintenance technician expertise to conduct preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair. This position will have a primary focus on electrical controls systems maintenance and reliability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with control systems and equipment (PLCs, VFDs, etc…)

• Support development of preventative maintenance actions to improve reliability (OEE) of manufacturing equipment

• Test equipment (work with engineering to validate improvement initiatives)

• Identify parts for replacement

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 2 years Controls Systems Experience

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings

• A.A.S. Degree – Electro-mechanical Technology or similar trade
