Join Honeywell Aerospace and be a part of overseeing and directing operations for world-class integrated supply chain manufacturing plant(s). You will ensure the achievement of metrics (Safety, Quality, Inventory, Delivery, Cost and so on) in the ISC manufacturing organization. You will manage a team that supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to perform activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily execution of site deliverables to customers

  • Achievement of all Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity targets.

  • Strategic planning development and execution

  • People management and resource planning

  • Drive Honeywell Operating System activities

  • Talent management

  • Develop a capable team of ISC leaders

  • Drive technical advances

  • Cost improvement analysis

  • AOP and Capital planning

  • Ensures a safe work environment for all employees

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in an integrated supply chain role

  • Extensive manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
