Honeywell Sr Field Service Manager in Olathe, Kansas

Honeywell is hiring a Sr. Field Service Manager to sit in Plymouth, MN OR Olathe, KS. As a Sr. Field Service Manager, you will lead the Honeywell Building Services organization. You will apply your leadership skills to improve team performance. You will ensure engagement in new opportunities for market penetration, team deployment, and sales growth. You will liaise with multiple factions to help prevent and resolve customer problems and explore additional revenue-generating opportunities. You will drive Services Business in your region toward Digital Transformation, aiming to deploy new digital technology to serve customers, as well as transform the business to be more outcome based model. You will drive and improve metric reporting procedures and own financial metrics, targets and budgets. You will lead quick and effective closure of any improvement opportunities. You will define team expectations and communicate those to stakeholder. You will act as mentor to train and develop future managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive P&L through revenue and productivity maximization

  • Lead Team Activities

  • Support top line growth across the service business

  • Develop And Report Performance Metrics

  • Develop and Oversee Team

  • Lead Continuous Improvement Projects

  • Train and mentor field service team


  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field of Building

  • Service/Automation Industry including managing teams

  • Previous experience in managing P&L


  • Excellent communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently

  • Demonstrated ability to effective manage a team

  • Ability to drive business transformation to new models

  • Previous customer service experience
