The KCNSC PRIDE (Integrated Digital Enterprise for Product Realization) Lead works collaboratively with multiple sites and application software architects, along with PRIDE program management members to recommend and develop IT solutions for the strategic planning, business development and coordination for current and future PRIDE portfolio capabilities, with the ultimate goal of realizing the Integrated Digital Enterprise (IDE) roadmap
Major Technical Efforts in this realm include: Product Definition Management; Manufacturing and Quality Data Management; Logistic Accountability, Planning and Scheduling; and Digital Information Access
Provide technical recommendations to their program management counterparts to enable the Major Technical Efforts that optimize the strategic goals given localized constraints
Develop and recommend improvements to the Major Technical Efforts to maximize the benefits to the current and future deterrence programs
Communicate with PRIDE application users and mission SMEs from multiple functions (Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, Quality, etc) to realize increased capabilities that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the stockpile
Provide recommendations related to KNCSC and development requirements with appropriate consideration of priority, scope, and schedule
Maintain the PRIDE application inventory list, which will contain as a minimum the complete list and version of software in use
You Must Have:
U.S. Citizenship - to obtain and maintain security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field such as data processing, mathematics or a technical discipline
Seven or more years of experience in product realization leveraging Digital Engineering techniques
Demonstrated experience with integrated digital enterprise tools across multiple sites
Experience solving problems with automated Digital Engineering techniques such as automated validation testing among requirements, designs test data, etc
Experience in enabling interoperable product definition processes, tools and structures
Demonstrated ability to enable seamless, secure sharing of information across multiple physical locations and within organizations
Demonstrated experience in enterprise level capabilities such as Common Product Structure, Data Governance, Model Based Enterprise, Requirements Management
Demonstrated experience in Software Assurance
Excellent written and oral communication skills
