We are looking for enthusiastic, flexible and result oriented experienced Senior Customer Experience Training Professional to join our team.

The salary range for this position is $89,000 - $111,200. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to introduce and structure new training courses.

• Develop and maintain training content.

• Develop content using e-learning tools (Video Editor, Articulate, Adobe Captivate etc.).

• Introduce & Maintain Training Catalog and Schedule.

• Conduct technical Classroom, Remote, and Hybrid Training.

• Host Class, Register Students, Content management etc using learning management system (LMS).

Must Have:

• Highly desirable to have Industrial Safety Gas Detection Product experience, High Tech Gas Detection devices and application.

• Experience with deploying High Tech Gas Detection Products & technical customer engagement.

• Independently worked to launch any training programs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to execute training and persuade within the organization.

• This role demands more than 50% travel to deliver the training.
