The CRM Program Manager for the C&PS Global Customer Experience (GCE) organization will report to the Sr. Director, Customer Experience Transformation, and will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the CRM strategy for order management and customer service. The CRM Program Manager will implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing CRM projects and assess project issues/develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives. The CSR Program Manager will also serve as the Subject Matter Expert in CRM reporting, analytics, Salesforce (SFDC) dashboard and list view design and governance, break fix support, and CRM enhancement prioritization and MOS.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field required
3 or more years of related or applicable experience
Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
Business analysis skills with the ability to create and document business requirements
Working knowledge of call center technology tools, concepts, practices and procedures, especially Salesforce.com
Experience with other contact center technologies, like call routing, call recording and workforce management
Experience leading change management initiatives
Strong program management skills, analytical abilities and financial acumen
