Join a team responsible for technical support of operations and improving producibility across multiple production product lines. In this role, you will be responsible for technical support of several product lines in a fast-paced production environment. In this position the successful candidate will lead product improvement efforts (cost/cycle time reduction), maintain continuity of supply (obsolescence, failure investigations, engineering change orders, requirement reviews, etc.), and process improvements.
High levels of engagement with the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering
Supports ISC Operations in maintaining technical excellence across the supply base
Plan and execute project tasks
Assist product and process certification
Ensure project and product compliance
Present to leadership and external customers
Consult with vendors and suppliers
YOU MUST HAVE
BS in EE/ME or Engineering
5 years of engineering/electronics experience
Ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment
Ability to influence stakeholders within operations and engineering to move projects forward
Ability to convey complex technical topics clearly and concisely
Familiarity with configuration management process and best practices
Experience working on complex electrical – preferably Aerospace avionics – processors, displays, flight control computers and subassemblies
Experience with analog and digital electronics troubleshooting and fault isolation
Experience working within and leading cross functional teams
