You will participate in the development and certification of environment test functionality across multiple products and applications. This will enable you to support new products, processes, standards, or operational plans within the organization's business strategies, with a direct impact on business results. Provide laboratory support for Aero engineering programs/ teams. Your work will include support for lab support, testing, data analysis, and the accurate reporting of data. You will support the team to conceptualize, design, plan and implement innovative technologies that enable new and competitive products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Troubleshooting Analog and digital circuits

  • Test cable fabrication.

  • DO-160 EMI testing.

  • Electronics assembly, rework, and test

  • Circuit troubleshooting down to the component level.

  • Perform testing per Engineering direction.

  • Able to solder / modify fine pitch components under a microscope.

  • Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel) proficient

  • Ability to perform 1st level data review and analysis.

  • Flexibility to work in an R&D facility.

  • Creative problem solving

  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience.

  • Experience in test support.

  • Experience working with engineering equipment.
