Use your electrical/optical engineering skills to help Honeywell Space Sensors Group deliver innovative solutions throughout an unlimited variety of disciplines. You will be empowered to think BIG and challenge yourself to understand more than just one aspect of the electrical/optical engineering discipline. You will work alongside some of the world's most talented engineers. The candidate will participate with a team of engineers and technicians on design, development, and test of fiber-optic components and sensors. Job responsibilities will include supplier/component evaluation and trade studies, generation of engineering documentation, electrical design, optical sensor test, and electrical/system analysis.

YOU MUST HAVE
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, graduation dates between December 2021 August 2023
US Persons only due to need to handle ITAR-controlled material.
WE VALUE
Optical simulation experience (Zemax, Code-V, Light Tools, Trace Pro and other industry standard tools)
Electrical Engineering modeling experience
Parametric mechanical modeling experience (Pro-Engineer, NX and Solidworks)
Experience with Matlab, Mathematica, LabVIEW, Minitab, Microsoft Office.
Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
Strong written and oral communication skills.
