Honeywell Sr Account Executive in Phoenix, Arizona

Be the front line seller who drives sales, identifies and generates opportunities within connected buildings and Energy Automation industries. You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending partner focused and end user focused onsite meetings, trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. You will provide forecast/demand input to Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) for all Products

Selling Comprehensive Energy Programs

Selling mechanical services

Industry experience within the the financial sector

Assertive with the ability to initiate and work with limited direction

An ability to influence across a broader organization

An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships


Bachelor's degree

3 years experience


A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices

Excellent team and communication skills

Significant experience in selling (industrial) products

Deep technical acumen

Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape

ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contracting)

Professionals with both Hardware and Software experience

Energy and Operational Savings

Smart controls, Smart Lighting, Battery Storage, Data Storage, EV charging, Water Meters, Building Automation, Onsight Solar

Remote position preferably in Phoenix or Las Vegas

Ability to travel locally on average 60%

Experience within the Financial sector

Mechanical Engineering experience

Experience selling energy and lighting efficiency solutions

Ability to sell to C-level-Suite
