As a Building Automation Systems Specialist at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our building automation systems. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our clients, contributing to the seamless operation of smart buildings, and championing Honeywell's commitment to excellence.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you will support our clients in the Erie, PA, Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance on building automation equipment to ensure optimal functionality

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions

  • Provide on-site support to clients, addressing technical inquires, and offering guidance on system usage

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all service activities including installation records, maintenance reports, troubleshooting procedures, etc.

  • Ensure proper use of safety and personal protection equipment

  • Acquire security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • 5+ years' experience with Building Automation (Controls/DDC, BACnet etc.) or Industrial Process Control Computer Systems

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Ability to work independently

  • Previous technical and/or installation experience

WE VALUE:

  • 6+ years' experience in the industrial process controls industry

  • Related controls experience in the industrial process controls industry

  • Experience with Tridium/Niagara

  • Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate

  • Experience dealing with customer satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
