The HBT EMEA High Growth Region (HGR) Health, Safety and Environment Specialist will provide subject matter expertise that assists the business in managing the risks associated with all operational aspects of the business.
This position will transition into the Building Technologies (BT) business following the “Spin Off” of the Homes business from HBT and will report directly into the BT EMEA & HGR HSE Director. The new Line of Businesses (LOBs) that you will be responsible for are; Connected Buildings, Building Products Fire, and Building Products Security.

You will drive key activities and HSE performance metrics for Field Operations. You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the employees.
You will work towards developing an HSE performance culture that will differentiate us from our competitors and expand Honeywell’s reputation as a low risk provider.
Audit Honeywell managed facilities to ensure we are compliant to statutory and corporate requirements and working to approved risk management plans.
