This role is a combination of sales and business development functions aiming on the development of existing and prospective new customers across Czech Republic, Slovakia and potentially Hungary. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying all business opportunities, covering the buying centers, transforming the account in a continuous and consistent revenue generation line, while establishing long term business relationship within the accounts.
You will report to our Territory Director. The role will involve travel (approx. 70%), occasional evenings away from home and carry sales targets and quarterly objectives.
To develop plans for existing and targeted accounts, in line with regional strategic direction, and execute the objectives
To establish long-lasting business alliances with senior management and other decision makers
To utilize whole available products and services portfolio in all potential business opportunities
To develop partnership and alliances with external integrators (ERP’s, system integrators companies, pure SW providers) and other business partners
To train customers and prospects in relation to our product and services lines
To collaborate with other business unities and grow them into new opportunities
To attend regional meetings with creative input to enterprise selling methodologies and execution, account targeting and win/loss analysis
To ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales objectives and management based objectives
To track all the sales-related activities and partner-related data in the CRM system (SalesForce), monitor critical metrics and report weekly performance.
To keep a high activity level with quality at customers.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ + Evidenced continuous sales experience in solution and / or services selling from IT / automation sectors and related ones – ideally you have approx. 5-7 years’ experience in an outside sales role or as a business development manager
Strong knowledge and understanding “Go-to-market” strategy
Strong sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques and methodologies
Deep understanding of current market trends, dynamics and key competitors
Experience in building business relationships with C-level executives
Experience in working for large-size local and global companies
Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Great written and oral communication skills
Verbal and written fluency in English and Czech/ Slovak. Hungarian as an advantage.
Experience from the auto ID / Supply Chain solution sectors is a plus but not mandatory
A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
An ability to influence across a broader organization
An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
Deep technical expertise
Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
