Honeywell Hardware Lead Engineer - SPS MMS India in Pune, India

Expectations:

Work in a global team as an Individual contributor with significant responsibilities of electronic system design.

The responsibilities include schematic development, component selection, detailed design, verification testing and interfacing with other functional/support teams (such as mechanical, manufacturing process, simulation, drafting, ECAD, evaluation, marketing, supply chain and external test labs).

Additional responsibilities include technical report generation, documentation and progress reporting. It is also expected that the candidate would develop technical expertise in selected product line and develop proposals/growth ideas & work for improving the product line.

Sound knowledge of Analog and Digital Electronics design.

Hands on experience with Labview and Arduino coding preferred

Hands-on knowledge of Micro-controller interfacing and Analog to Digital data conversion, designing with opamps, transistors, MOSFET, linear & switching regulators, Current output (4-20mA) circuits

Should have strong analytical and communication skills.

Hands on experience with error budgeting of electronic circuits

Prefer knowledge of sensors, instrumentation & signal conditioning electronics.

Conceptualize the product and translate the requirements into CTQs for design

Experience in PCB schematics & exposure to layout design in (ORCAD/Mentor Graphics).

Good knowledge on Design for manufacturability, assembly & testing expertise.
