Honeywell Instructional Designer Manager in Pune, India

• Experience on doing Project Management for e-learning development

• Experience on producing cost, resources and schedule reports for e-learning development

• Experience on implementing Instructional Design techniques for technical training

• Lead a group or team of IDs and GDs, who design and developing training modules, review their work and interact with Engineering Manager for planning or progress reporting.

• Perform Skill gap analysis of the team members and plan their skill improvement.

• Adhere to Honeywell Process and Practices of HOS, HSE, and QMS. Ensure others in team too, adopt and adhere to these processes and practices.

• Frequent interactions with subordinates, customers and/or functional peer group managers. Take up the People Management Responsibilities.

• Mentor team for excellence, ownership, and built-in quality.

Qualification

• E-learning training development experience > 10 yrs.

• Hands-on leadership experience in executing e-learning development

• Experience in content development for industrial automation control systems or Product development is desirable

• Use of PM tools, participation in productivity improvement initiatives

• Knowledge of Content Management Systems and Learning Management Systems is required

• Knowledge of e-Learning tools is required

• Knowledge of ADDIE process is an added advantage.
