A Shipping and Receiving Level 3 person here at Honeywell Aero, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials within our supply chain and distribution network. Your expertise in shipping and receiving operations, coordination of transportation methods, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our logistics processes. You will report directly to our Shipping and Receiving Manager and work out of our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company by ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, and optimizing logistics operations.
Pay Transparency
The hourly pay range for this position is $22.12 - $25.96. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
Monday- Friday- 6am- 2:30pm or until work is completed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of the contents against purchase orders or invoices.
Inspect and document the condition of received goods, noting any damages or discrepancies.
Prepare and package outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
Coordinate transportation methods and select appropriate carriers for outgoing shipments.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Utilize shipping and inventory management software to track and manage shipments.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in shipping and receiving or related roles
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Experience with Oracle or SAP

High school diploma or equivalent
Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and best practices
