We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with proven results. This position is responsible for selling exciting and industry leading solutions into the industrial market place. You will be primarily responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining end-user relationships with customers within your assigned territory.   • Meet or exceed orders financial targets, which contribute to divisional profit and growth objectives

  • Comprehensive sales planning on both a territory and account basis

  • Identify and develop relationships with the key decision makers, uncover new business opportunities, recommend differentiated solutions, negotiate, and win the business

  • Remain informed of our products and services to more effectively perform sales activities

  • Consistently identify new business opportunities at existing and potential customers to ensure sustained profitable growth

  • Grow and maintain a quality opportunity funnel adequate to meet financial targets

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including a robust forecast

  • Conform to company policies including commitment to ethical conduct

  • Utilize all available resources, differentiating the organization to grow the business


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 5+ years of direct selling experience or industry experience, preferably in a technology or process automation oriented business

  • 3+ years’ Experience with executing solution selling methodologies in a matrix team environment

  • 3+ years’ experience proven ability expanding existing account base

  • 3+ years CRM knowledge and use, preferably SalesForce

  • 1+ Years’ Experience with Industrial markets (ex. Refining, Oil, Gas, Metals & Mining, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Manufacturing, IoT)


  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree

  • 3+ years’ experience proven ability to penetrate new account

  • Experience selling L3 and/or L4 software solutions and IIOT solutions

  • Ability to think strategically and divergently while acting independently to successfully manage achievement of short-term goals

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs

  • Proven ability to create demands for solutions, position in a highly-differentiated manner, and close

  • Demonstrated understanding of pricing strategy

  • Highly motivated team player with a mature, positive attitude and a passion for working with customers to drive the use of our software
