Honeywell Director Finance - FP&A Leader in Richardson, Texas

As a Director of Finance - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) here at Honeywell, you will hold a senior leadership position responsible for leading and overseeing the business analysis and planning function. You will play a crucial role in providing structure, insight, and organizational efficiency within the group, supporting the business president and interfacing with the segment CEO and CFO.

You will report directly to our CFO for the Global Business Enterprise (GBE) and you'll work out of our Richardson, TX location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the financial performance of the organization by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify business opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute business plans to achieve organizational goals. Providing strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights will be a key aspect of your role.

You will also be responsible for driving the performance of the FP&A team of analysts and managers, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in delivering accurate financial analysis and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead the business analysis and planning function, driving strategic planning and analysis

•Develop and implement business strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive growth

•Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans

•Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership using data-driven insights

•Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning

•Monitor and report on KPIs to track business performance and identify areas for improvement

•Drive the performance of the FP&A team of analysts and managers

Requirements:

•Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis and planning

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Excellent leadership and team management abilities

•Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets

•Excellent communication and presentation skills
