In region liaison between Electronic System business unit and APAC Aftermarket business team
Communicate global business and product roadmapsCollaborate with APAC CBTs, E&T, OPs, and various other areas of the business to ensure successful implementation of SBU strategies adhering to schedule, cost, and resource plansDevelop in-region marketing and technical partner plan, establish and management partnerships, ensure appropriate make/buy balance toward profitability
Global product strategy and roadmap development support
In region business, financial and competitive analysisConduct competitive and SWOT analysesSupport Market Requirement Document (MRD) with specific detailed regional technical and marketing inputs

•Master's Degree in engineering, economics, math or related discipline
•5+ years experience managing and promoting high technology aviation products or business strategies
•Bi-lingual in English and Chinese (both writing and speaking business level proficiency)
•Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to accomplish measurable improvement.
•Experience and desire in building strong business relationships
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
•Integrative thinker with ability to apply creative solutions and make difficult decisions.
•Strong business-to-business analytical skills, financial acumen, critical thinking and marketing skills
•Background and knowledge of marketing processes, principles and tools, and some experience with successful new product planning and introduction
•Ability to collaborate across product lines and technologies to develop joint strategies and roadmaps
•Ability to collaborate with functions (engineering / ISC / C&PS) to execute product plans and roadmaps
•Knowledge of Aerospace product and business allowing for innovative concepts and promotion of new ideas
•have established a strong Chinese aviation network
•Strong written and presentation communication skills
