Active membership and support of the Honeywell
APAC legal community, sharing knowledge, best practice and expertise and
responding with agility to team-wide priorities.
Provide in-depth I&C advice and support to
business and functions, guiding and advising key employees on key questions.
Identify and provide in-person training to
priority groups in China and the wider region on Honeywell’s culture of
integrity and compliance, as well as anti-corruption laws and policy
Augment the local I&C communications
strategy, focusing on “tone from the top” and “tone from the middle”
campaigns. Drive Chinese communications,
including messaging and impact slides.
Support extensive due diligence program for
third party sales intermediaries, ensuring compliance and reducing cycle times
Support the roll-out of the Ethics Ambassadors
program throughout China and the wider region.
Focus on implementing the program in ISC sites.
Drive Gifts and Hospitality compliance in China
and tailor implementation.
Support and conduct I&C related internal investigations.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of
controls and remediation.

At least three years of experience with a major
law firm and/or corporation
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Law Degree with appropriate certifications and
admissions, or other relevant Degree
Strong focus on compliance with internal
policies; ability to provide guidance to internal customers as needed

Ability to identify and implement process
Excellent oral and written communication skills
to effectively promote organizational culture; can anticipate and fulfill the
