Perform daily and shutdown manpower planning and scheduling for the I/E maintenance team. You will work under minimal supervision and support the site I/E technicians and maintenance team. You will use your I/E technical expertise to plan preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment repair for the site instrumentation and electrical systems. You will also mentor and train I/E maintenance technicians. Work with the planning team to generate weekly maintenance schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with HSE and site policies and procedures
Perform a detailed job scope for all Priority 3, 4, and 5 notifications
Develops accurate job plans for repetitive routine repair I/E work and preventive maintenance work
Issues purchase requisitions, as necessary, and performs goods receipt in SAP
Work with vendors to procure parts and services for planned and emergency jobs
Work with OMC’s to develop a seven-week look ahead schedule
Manages the existing backlog of I/E work and prioritizes and Kits the backlog work
Tracks schedule efficiency, schedule attainment, schedule loading, and backlog I/E work through the utilization of the schedule compliance report in SAP
Participate in resolving technical issues
Participate in equipment troubleshooting
YOU MUST HAVE
Significant SAP Planning, Scheduling, & Purchasing skills
2 year Technical Degree in instrumentation or 5 year Electrical Apprenticeship completion
5 years' of industrial plant I/E maintenance experience
