In this position, you will set up and monitor the production of products in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate work flow with input from production supervisor.

  • Job is very hands-on with most time spent in the manufacturing areas.

  • Operate equipment including robotics, and troubleshoot alarms.

  • In-process quality checks, and fill out associated forms.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks across the department.

  • Responsible for maintaining high production levels along with high-quality standards.

  • Set up of equipment for startup and change over

  • Work with passion and sense of urgency daily

  • Maintain adherence to company policies, safety standards and good manufacturing practices


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Mechanically inclined

  • Ability to use critical thinking to troubleshoot equipment stoppages.

  • Ability to communicate maintenance and engineering needs in a clear and concise manner

  • Load ingredients into mixing machine hopper from pallets

  • Supervise mixing machine by filling hoppers with ingredients periodically to ensure a consistent flow

  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently
