Utilize your demand and asset planning expertise in a manufacturing environment at Honeywell Industrial Safety. You will proactively develop, analyze, and recommend finished goods demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of a demand planning function. You will review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast results, and create demand plans. Facilitate and coordinate all SIOP meetings within the LOB responsible for, making sure that policies and procedures are followed.
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Provide input to the supply planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs, and ensuring Demand and Supply plans are aligned to meet business goals
Coordinate with plant and supply planners to support OTTR, inventory goals, and other relevant KPIs.
Maintain consensus forecasts with business for 18-month periods to support the Sales/Inventory/Operations Planning process (SIOP).
Lead demand planning meetings by engaging Americas sales directors and business leaders and documenting the demand drivers for each business for use in the SIOP process.
