The position reports to the Government Sourcing Compliance Director for Aero ISC Sourcing. This role will be a trusted partner to our Export Controls program, with specific emphasis to ensure Honeywell ISC has a best-in-class program for compliance with the U.S. Arms Export Control Act and International Traffic in Arms Regulations, addressing licensing, system controls, policies and procedures, training, transactions, and audits. This role will have particular emphasis in managing our export authorizations, health checks program, including validating recordkeeping requirements, tracking completion, reporting risks, deploying corrective actions and supporting consent agreement audits.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Apply for and manage export licenses required for entire ISC Sourcing organization.
Lead export authorization post approval requirements such as completing training on export regulations and close monitoring of export license status.
Develop tools and standard work to ensure that export record keeping requirements are met for Department of State and Department of Commerce hardware licenses.
Collaborate with Honeywell’s Export Compliance Organization to provide export advice to various Honeywell’s business teams and supporting functions.
Develop and lead processes to track supplier export authorizations.
Develop and lead processes to track license scope changes and notify Export Compliance of changes and manage export block removal requests by providing critical data such as license number, platform, and end users.
Work with the Export Compliance Organization and businesses to ensure export compliance requirements are published and adopted and support audits as required.
Manage and own the AECS Program Rights Manager folders for entire ISC Sourcing organization.
Support export compliance audits and investigations
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
Working knowledge of SAP or SAP/GTS
1+ years of Export Compliance experience
2+ years of experience working for a multinational company or a U.S. defense contractor
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
Strong system capabilities such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Able to be effective in working with multiple functions including export team, demand planning, logistics teams, supply chain groups, business teams, and engineering among others.
Excellent teaming integration and collaboration skills.
Ability to drive SIOP vision and collaboration into the Site/CBT extended team.
