Honeywell Tech Sales Manager in Tempe, Arizona

Be the lead account manager, who drives sales, identifying and generating opportunities for different kinds of customers. You will foster client satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyze competitive intelligence and market trends. You will work with Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer engagements to drive engines/power systems sales

  • Develop Sales Collateral in support of RMU and Sales Campaigns

  • Lead or support proposal response formulation

  • Attend (trade shows, seminars, technical conferences, events)

  • Support activities to increase product sales pipeline growth

  • Review Customer Reports and industry trends

  • Product Training

  • 50% Travel


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering

  • 6+ years’ experience in customer sales

  • Must have the ability to influence diverse groups with excellent team and communication skills

  • Must have advance knowledge and experience in the Aerospace Industry

  • Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements


  • Advanced degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technical, Software or Science

  • Military, Product expertise, Navigation Products, and Customer facing experience

  • A mastery of and/or recognized expert in operation or design of navigation and sensors systems or avionics

  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • Being completely self-motivated

  • An ability to influence diverse groups

  • An ability to exercise independent judgment

  • (Global / Multi-regional) experience
