The Callidus Licensing Manager organization serves as a pivotal partner to the Business, collaborating to provide a vehicle to realize Callidus Licensing strategies and drive growth.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and take on the role of Callidus Licensing Manager. This position will play a critical role in working closely with existing and new external 3rd Party Callidus Licensors and the Honeywell regional sales and aftermarket teams to drive the Callidus product licensing pipeline and cultivate, negotiate, and execute product licensing transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop an understanding of the Callidus portfolio and strategies relating to burner and flare technologies that can be licensed and the relationship Honeywell has with current and potential future external 3rd Party Licensees.
Lead all aspects of Callidus licensing opportunities – prioritizing high impact projects, driving diligence, negotiating with buyer to close opportunities and transitioning assets to new buyers.
Collaborate closely with UOP Process Technologies to select appropriate Callidus burners and position them for later equipment supply.
Meet the Licensing Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and STRAP commitments by directly driving the execution of licensing opportunities.
YOU MUST HAVE:
8+ years of experience in Finance, Business Development, Sales, Supply Chain and similar
5+ years of experience in the Combustion industry

Comfortable in a matrix environment with a record of influencing key stakeholders, including presenting to leadership
Experience of negotiations and business development
Track record of working deals from creation to closure within a large complex corporate environment dealing with a variety of businesses and functions
Knowledge of aerospace markets, products and applications
Proven project management experience
Self-confident, with a strong sense of urgency and knowledge on how to overcome obstacles to get things done in a timely fashion
A leader with a collaborative, collegial operating style
A high level of energy, creativity, and persistence
Must be a self-starter and work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment
Outstanding communicator skills, both verbal and written
Enjoy working with teams and as an individual on solving problems
