Honeywell Sr Account Manager, Supply Chain Software in United States

Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers, , focused on software solutions. You will partner with the account managers to build key relationships within the CIO/CTO/CSCO and other aligned supply chain functions, to comprehend the customer’s business in order to provide warehouse software solutions, such as warehouse execution systems (WES), pick to light (PTL), voice, warehouse control systems (WCS) and/or labor management (LMS). You will define software sales strategy for customer pursuits as part of a larger integrated solution. You will spearhead the software portions of the solution both internally and with the customer and utilize your product and industry knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customer. You will be leading a cross functional solutioning team interacting with offering management, development, professional services, concepting and estimating and material handling equipment/hardware counterparts to develop solutions.

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $88,000 - $115,000. For Washington and most major metropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary range is <$88,800 - $115,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

MUST HAVE:  

  • 3 years sales experience in Software Sales.

  • 3 years experience in Supply chain industry experience such as logistics, warehousing, distribution and retail/eComm, preferably within the warehouse management / warehouse execution and labor management domains.

WE VALUE:  

  • Bachelor's degree / equivalent, with significant background in the field, or master’s degree / equivalent, with some background.

  • Familiarity with material handling equipment/functions

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization, both internally and externally

  • Significant experience in a customer facing role (Sales/Account Management experience preferred) for supply chain software solutions

  • Experience in managing and developing customer relationships.

  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
