Honeywell Intelligrated is looking for a Parts Specialist to support our Lifecycle Support Services team in our West Chester, OH office. The Customer Service Parts Specialist (CSR) is the inside communication link between the company and its customers. The CSR supports customers with parts research, orders, ship dates, expedite requests, complaints and questions. In addition, the CSR is courteous, neat, timely, and maintains organized records of customer interactions. The goal of the CSR is to make our customers’ interactions effective and pleasant while ensuring that our existing processes are understood and followed.
YOU MUST HAVE
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Customer service background
Good interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience in the industry is preferred
Mechanical, industrial, technical background and/or prior engineering experience
Strong continuous improvement mindset, strong leadership impact
Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint
AutoCAD and ability to read schematics
